Our home was built in 1950...it's been a sweet home for us while we've lived in PA. But it has required more upkeep than our other homes...and rarely does a "fix" go as easy as planned.
My dear Steve replaced the kitchen faucet Saturday night...typically a fairly easy thing to do...but nope, not this one. Who knows how long that old faucet had been there...but we do know that the bolts had completely rusted and made replacing it very difficult.
I knew sawing sounds weren't normal for a faucet switch...this is what I found...
